Founded in Southampton in 2014, Orderly is aiming to become the new standard for mobile ordering and payments for food and drink, drastically reducing time spent taking payments for the venues and queuing for the customer. After spending a year in development and refining their product, they are now beginning their rollout to venues across the UK. While the model has been attempted before, Orderly takes a “completely free to use” approach with a focus on flawless UI at it’s core. Orderly is currently available on iOS and Android. The Orderly platform consists of three areas. Orderly, OrderlyAdmin and OrderlyExpo. OrderlyAdmin is the we based area for venue management. From here, they can update their menu, change their information and view powerful analytics on their customers behaviour. OrderlyExpo is where the customer orders are sent to. Expo is available as a native iPad app, Android tablet app or web app. With it’s simple design, staff can see whole orders with a glance and action with a tap. The user is then notified on their orders status. Orderly also has a wealth of other features for both customers and venues including, loyalty, upselling, happy hour, nearby venue alerts, full item customisation and instant reordering. More features are constantly in the pipeline, each with the intention of making the connection between venues and their customers richer than ever before.
