We have been in industry from quite sometime, worked for products and services. What we realised was a client comes to us (or where we used to work) with an idea which they believe in, and the company sees it just like any other service based project. The idea is good or bad didn’t matter, the cost on the invoice did. Due to this, the soul of the idea in implementation was lost and our client's never got any ROI from the products built. For us, the case was different. We used to love the product ideas and would add more value to it through our expertise and involvement throughout the process.
