It can be even harder for people to improve it. That's why we created an app to help. You can track measurements like blood pressure, heart rate and BMI over time. Get reminders on medications and supplements that you are taking. Improve your blood pressure by forming healthy habits like exercise, dieting and managing stress. We've designed this part to be easier by using habit forming methods like "keeping the streak alive", habit loop, and habit progression.
