Beamfox is an employee engagement automation platform for HR teams to deliver an effortless experience to employees and candidates throughout their journey. Beamfox enables HR teams to engage candidates or employees on the platform they are available on, for example via phone calls, emails, SMS, video calls, and telegram, etc without needing the candidate or employee to signup or download an additional app while providing analytics and engagement scores based on the engagement data. We believe this will essentially increase employee engagement, reduce employee turnover, and reduce candidate drop-off by improving the acceptance to joining ratio
