In this new content series, we’re giving tech founders a chance to tell us one thing they learned when launching their startup. Today’s piece of advice comes from Patrick Kobler of Chui:

I am not a believer in “should haves” or “could haves,” but rather, on how to improve going forward. That being said, if I had to do one thing differently, I would have taken a risk and acted upon the fire inside me, burning every day as I sat thinking about pursuing the entrepreneurial journey I am so fortunate to be on, right after college.

I now live by the idea that I’d rather fall asleep every night after trying all day and failing, than lay awake thinking about the dreams I never took a chance to fail.
