Whatfix is a community and enterprise platform that allows users and businesses to create interactive guides on their and third party websites. Our Journey Brief Whatfix is a two-year-old startup started by Khadim Batti and Vara Kumar. The idea for Whatfix culminated from their earlier venture, SearchEnabler, where the duo tried to solve hand-holding problem for their customers. In our short journey, we have been able to help companies like Procter and Gamble, Flipkart, Verstaure, D'Angers University, MaxWell Health, Gaadi.com, GreyTip etc with our enterprise model. With our community model, we have been to help startups, trainers, bloggers and other individuals users to create and use interactive guides anywhere on the web. Our aim with Whatfix community is to help users Learn and Engage on platforms with absolute ease. Our burgeoning community of expert users help other users to learn by giving them hands-on experience on a platform of their choice.
