Hi There, I work with a start up called Planwise based out of SF that builds technology to help consumers make the best financial decisions around home buying. Our CEO left Australia to come to the US after the housing crisis of 2009 with the intent of building technology to prevent another housing burst by giving consumers access to technology that would make their financial aspect of home buying more transparent. We just recently launched it, please see the video below. https://planwise.wistia.com/medias/v654ciol5c Traditionally a consumer's loan is based on debt to income ratio, taking little account for consumer spending, lifestyle, and affordability, which has caused major havoc when buying homes.
