When social network was still in its infancy, there were email, forums, chat rooms, and message boards. These were the primary means of finding anonymous people with related interests and creating connections. A Hong Kong startup is aiming to reinvigorate this type of interaction by introducing a new app called PlanDo. PlanDo is a new application that will allow users with similar interests and hobbies to connect with each other for activities that they love doing. Users can create activity and similar to social media apps, PlanDo will have a feed of uploaded activities and moment picture. How does this differ from Facebook and Meetup? The main difference with PlanDo is that it is an open social network that every join activities and share moment that are viewable by everyone. User will be able to share photos and chat with other user freely that create unprecedented level of social interaction. PlanDo brings a modern approach to crow-source your activities on mobile. We are very excited to be working such an interesting project that allow people to connect with similar interests.
