The web does not need to be global and pages do not need to be accessed by URL. Page2P allows you to access content based on your location without internet connection. Page2P relies on a a distributed-like architecture, the scope being defined by the people relaying content and their proximity in a given area. In other words, people wanting to access content won't necessary need to be close to the original streamer to receive its content.
