Kabuk connects people with the legal providers they need, when they need them, and enables them to book appointments directly online. The need to find a lawyer takes the average person right out of their comfort zone. When the need for legal services does comes up it is often time-sensitive, confidential and very specific, making it difficult to find word of mouth referrals through our networks. As a result, 76% of adults turn online at some point during their search process. Unfortunately, the information consumers need to make informed choices is difficult and time consuming to find. Access to justice in Canada remains a problem with Canada ranking only 9th out of 12 countries included in a World Justice Project analysis of access to civil justice. Kabuk for Law aims to change this dynamic, improving navigation of the legal system with it’s easy to use platform for sourcing and connecting with needed legal providers.
