Giving Great is set out to change the way employees think about donations. Instead of the occasional gift at the end of the year, we are determined to bring matching gift programs to the over 5 Million small businesses in the U.S. By creating a process similar to retirement savings, both small businesses and their employees can participate to create a better world for all. Specifically, Giving Great allows a company to invite their employees to participate in the companies matching gift program. We strive to automate the process as much as possible by drawing deductions from payroll and automatically sending the donations to the requested charities. We help small business define their matching program and handle the enforcement so there are no hard discussions about ineligible nonprofits and minimize the time required of the companies HR representative to manage the program. We handle managing and tracking the entire program be ensure matching limits are handled, charities are eligible for donation (according to IRS) and, matching according to the companies matching gift program. At year's end, we help manage tax files for companies and their employees by rolling up all donations into an easy to consume report so tax season is a breeze. We know that small businesses don't have the resources to have dedicated employees running a CSR program, and because of that, we are focused on integrating with small business tools such as; payroll, hr and accounting softwares.
