The revolutionary 1Tap Tax iOS app drastically simplifies the process of Self Assessment tax returns. 1Tap provides an empowering and intuitive platform for UK sole traders, where they can confidently store and save their tax deductible business expenses. Not only does the app save and store this data, but also extracts it and uses it to automatically update an inbuilt Self Assessment form. Such immense streamlining will inevitably ease a great deal of stress and confusion. It will allow self-employed individuals to easily track all of their expenses, and be totally assured that their tax payments are concise. Rather than spending hundreds of pounds on accountancy fees, with 1Tap Tax each sole trader has a tax expert in their pocket. Based on the HMRC’s allowable expense categorisations, users simply take a photo of their receipt, the photo is processed through our data extraction software, and the form updates itself. The extracted data is editable, and any single receipt can be shared via email. The app provides an encouraging reminder of how much is being reduced from their tax bill, as well as a very useful countdown to the submission deadline.
