Teams that work in the same room know the importance of being able to tap someone on the shoulder for a quick opinion. For the rest of us, Slack / Email and scheduled Skype calls aren't the best way to build strong team culture and collaboration. For teams that don't sit next to each other, we built Switchboard. Now, whether you are in different cities or different countries, you can speak to your team mates through the headphones you are already wearing. Simply select one or many team mates and start a conversation. Their music volume ducks down to let your voice come in over the top and you can have a spontaneous conversation as though you were in the same room.
