Neighbormate allows users to buy and sell goods through channels they already know and use. The site sorts items listed by whether or not the lister has a connection to the buyer such as a co-worker, classmate, or friend-of-a-friend. This gives the buyer the ability to verify the identity of the lister they want to engage with prior to ever making an inquiry if they feel it is necessary, or want to do so. Leveraging who you know to get what you need has never been this simple and secure.
