Hospbit is an Amsterdam-based Software as a Service provider. It specializes in building management systems. It launched a brand new web service that helps companies maintain their buildings more easily and more efficient. The maintenance module is developed with the maintenance department in mind. The registration of technical issues is a quick and easy process. With the built-in filter and search functionality it is a breeze to find and analyse all, or a section of, technical issues. A maintenance manager is able to assign those issues to maintenance employees or external parties. Every maintenance employee has his personal to-do list, so it is easy for them to have an overview of their tasks. Hospbit allows companies to self-manage and configure its services for their needs. Because of the user-friendly and secure management system, every user can only use the part of the system they actually need.
