With Flickup, you can quickly see a map view and list view of other users nearby. Users are assigned a 5-star rating based upon how well pictures have turned out for other picture requesters. Once you find someone, you'll send them a request, initiating a chat conversation. Upon approval of your request, details will be worked out in the chat window. The user who agreed to snap your pic will then take the picture in the app using their phone. The picture populates in the chat, where you can save, share and rate, while it disappears on the picture takers phone (think SnapChat in reverse). No more handing your phone over to strangers, spending time surveying the crowd for someone who you're comfortable asking to take a pic, and no more retakes!
