After I purchase a Promoted Ad, what happens?
We will collect a few, brief details from you, including your project’s name, a landing page URL, and a brief description. These details can be changed at any time, but we use them to get you set up. Within one business day, we’ll send you a unique URL that you can use to edit your listing at any time.

How do I change my ad’s image?
Instead of uploading an image, we use ClearBit's logo API to pull your logo from your website. To change your logo, edit this meta tag on your website’s landing page.

Once my promoted ad is live, can I edit it?
Yes, you will receive a unique URL by email, which will give you direct access to edit your ad.

What tracking is available for Promoted Ads?
For your landing page URL, please include any tracking parameters your web analytics would use, including UTM parameters. We do not support tracking pixels at this time, but if that’s something you’re interested in, please let us know.

If I want to cancel my Promoted Ad, how can I do that?
Send us a note at [email protected], and we’ll cancel your plan. No questions asked. We may ask for feedback after we cancel your plan in the spirit of constantly improving our offerings, but sharing feedback is completely optional. Please be sure to reach out before your next billing period.

What payment methods are accepted for the Promoted Ads?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not currently accept other forms of payment, including PayPal, ACH or money order.
