When you’re just starting out, every customer feels like life and death. And for them, you’re just another random service provider. And so, even if you do your absolute best to connect to someone through email/phone, sometimes, because people have so many other things on their plate, it’s just not possible.

Sometimes, it’s better to just quit trying to sell one customer and move on to the next.
