Sequential records what people do in your product, replays their sessions and uses an AI judge to review each one: what the person came to do, whether they got there and where they struggled. It ranks the sessions worth a look and counts recurring problems as findings you can hand off and re-measure after a fix. Your own AI agent (claude.ai, Claude Code) connects over MCP and can ask about sessions, findings, funnels, flows and retention. Install one script tag, or keep the PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo or Smartlook SDK you already run and point it at Sequential with a config change. Mobile replay works through PostHog's open-source mobile SDK. Smartlook users can move without re-instrumenting.
