We created Pitchroom, after needing to send an investor a highly confidential Pitch Deck - and we had to be sure it couldn’t end up in the wrong hands (investors generally don’t sign NDA´s). The next issue, was knowing if the presentation was being read, so we didn’t inconvenience investors and also knew interested they were in the material. Finally, we needed it to contain the data room function, seamlessly advance the conversions without having to go back and forth via email.
