Kompas is an online service meant to simplify the managing and planning of job applications independently of the source the position came from. Each candidate can customize his/her CV and motivation letter for each application. They will also be able to receive and incorporate feedback from friends and professionals regarding their CV and motivation letter. Candidates will have the possibility to evaluate their CV against the job requirements to see how well they match.
