The first International Fitness Experience

InterFitEx is an online service with educational tools and services related to fitness, nutrition and preventative care. Fitness professionals will have the opportunity to host challenges, will be matched with clients, as well as the ability to track their progress throughout the challenge. The site will also feature a nutritional page, meal delivery service options, exercise tutorials, weekly podcasts, local events page, store and blog. Our hope is to make an international impact on disease prevention by creating an interactive platform to encourage informed dialogue among like-minded people from different nations.
