Hirearkhy is an online talent matchmaking platform that introduces job seekers to the actual hiring team in a casual and informal way based on skills and experience, much like a dating site. Hirearkhy aims to create a more efficient marketplace for jobs and talents and automate the discovery process. At the heart of Hirearkhy is our proprietary algorithm.We have also used machine learning techniques that learns from the users and their interaction with the platform to fine tune the matching, with the results displayed in a beautiful overlay.
