Headoffis (pronounced "head office") is an operations workspace for independent retailers running one store or several. Small retail businesses often run on spreadsheets, printed planograms, group chats and memory. Shelf plans live in one place, stock counts in another, and nobody can easily tell whether the reset at the third store actually happened. headoffis brings the shelf plan, the stock, the team and the daily work together, so staff know what needs doing and owners can follow progress across every location. Plan shelves that fit. Retailers build catalogs of measured products and fixtures, arrange shelf layouts and store floor plans, and check fit and overlap before approving a layout. An approved planogram stays fixed when the catalog changes and becomes a placement checklist for the store team, with printable shelf labels and product codes. Managers track each reset as placements are completed. Know what's on hand. Stock is received, counted where it's held, and transferred between locations. Sales can be recorded or imported from CSV. Reports, heatmaps on the store layout, and replenishment suggestions based on recorded activity show what needs attention. Run the team. Every person gets their own sign-in and a role that controls which screens and tasks they see. Owners set up departments and reporting lines on an org chart, assign work with a person, store and due date, and turn onboarding and offboarding into assigned checklists. Store hours, employee availability, messaging and workflow follow-ups keep day-to-day coordination in the same workspace, alongside equipment, maintenance dates, suppliers and customers. One sign-in can belong to several businesses, with a different role in each. Each business supports up to 10 stores with their own stock, maps and plans. Pricing is simple: the Business plan is US$29 per month for five active people, including owners, then US$5 for each additional person, with up to 10 locations included.
