GradeTrain is an automated grading and feedback tool for programming projects. Using our web-based learning management system (LMS) teachers can manage their entire classroom and create assignments that their students can submit their programming project to. After students have submitted their project we give them a grade based the teacher-defined expected program output and feedback on any errors, warnings and style issues in their code. Students get immediate feedback on their code or errors it generated while it is still fresh in their minds. Program output is not the only thing that gets graded: the students are also evaluated on their code writing skills, preparing them to be better programmers after graduation.
