By fractionalizing property assets turning them into NFTs, Gopher wants to change how to buy, own, collect, rent and trade real estate assets. Gopher's vision is to turn the current home ownership and renting model upside down. It's outdated and not suited for the modern young that like to travel, work remotely from different locations, and to experience new adventures. So Gopher is developing a decentralized, generational mechanism based on a rent-to-earn model. It will allow you the freedom to rent Gopher's properties with no commitments but with the benefit that usually only comes from paying a mortgage. Simply put, you can rent our properties freely while transforming your rent expenses into assets.
