Instead of spamming forums for advice and hoping to get lucky or paying top dollar for so-called "experts", collaborate with fellow website owners to improve each other's conversion rate. Every Monday, we hand-select website owners into groups of four, and connect them through a group email so they can bounce conversion rate optimization ideas and suggestions off each other.
