While these may seem like "little things" on the surface, they are significant events that can ultimately have an impact on how you recognize and relate with your team. I created AwesomeBoss.com, which is designed to track and remember these events and details for you - along with a few other helpful tools for managers. There are 3 main components to the site: 1.
