AVDA is a mobile app for jobs. It is a platform that allows job seekers to input their past work and employers to put in their job requirements so that each side can filter their exact needs and find the perfect job or candidate. We believe by abolishing resumes it will reduce the timeline from weeks to days for job placement all while ensuring quality by only seeing the job seekers or jobs that match their needs. Hiring or landing a job shouldn’t take hours filling out online applications or sifting through resumes. Our goal is to modernize the process, saving both job seekers and employers time and money. AVDA was launched by Marcel Freund in 2020 and is based in Miami, FL.
