A(P)ertain is a Mobile Customer Engagement Platform providing User Engagement Tools to Mobile Developers. A(P)ertain provides In-App Support, Smart Rating Prompts, Smart Feedback Prompts, Smart Push Notifications, User Behavior App Analytics, & a Pertain Engine. A(P)ertain In-App Support provides a blending messaging interface within the App to provide an open channel of communication between the User and the Developer, resulting in easy resolution of issues and a more positive experience within the game. A(P)ertain Smart Rating Prompts provide a better way to capture positive reviews and ratings from the User. This enables the Rating Prompts only when the User has experienced a sequence of positive experiences within the App creating the possibility of more positive ratings from within the App. A(P)ertain Smart Feedback Prompts provide a direct interface to gather feedback from the User to the Developers and gives the Developer a chance to redeem the User. This prompt is only shown when the User is undergoing a lot of negative experiences within the App, thus enabling conversion of App Critics to App Advocates. A(P)ertain Smart Push Notifications embed a learning algorithm within the App to know when to push relevant notifications for the User. It also learns whether a User will be interested in a certain notification and avoid those which generate a frustrating experience. A(P)ertain User Behavioral App Analytics provides the Developer insights into User Behavior within the App and generates enough analytical data to decide on how to engage the User by providing relevant screens and their usage from within an App.
