We help build incredible teams by matching Leaders and Talent through (i) leader-branded pitching videos (ii) team tryouts and (iii) dynamic hiring tools. Pivoteam was conceived to solve the problem with the recruitment industry which is largely broken. Broken recruitment results in poorly aligned hires, dramatic loss in productivity and undesirable teams. We realised that Great Teams exhibited talents and leaders who were highly aligned, incredibly productive and made a difference to the world. Indeed, Steve Jobs once said: “Great things in business are never done by one person.
