Bornevia is the first startup in Asia building SaaS multichannel customer support software. Our product brings all customer conversations from email, live chats, SMS, and social media in a team helpdesk/inbox. We provide Android mobile apps and API in addition to the core product as well. We were founded in 2013 by two engineers who used to work for tech companies in the US; Benny Tjia and Tjiu Suryanto, with a vision to make customer relationship for business as simple as possible wherever their customers are. We have secured two rounds of VC funding from Japanese investors and so far have had around 2,200 customers in 78 countries.
