Assessmycode is an online application that makes it easy for employers to screen software engineers. Employer assigns the candidate a project. The candidate receives an email with the full project Spec and the URL link to deploy a finished project. Candidate writes the project in his own environment. Candidate uploads a deployable artifact to our servers, configures datasources, etc. The employer will then be provided with the URL where the project is hosted. The employer will be able to view the live application and match it against uploaded source code. This indicates that the candidate can actually deliver a project. We don't test theory nor code snippets but a deliverable project.
