The 5-TILES Keyboard is a radical departure from the QWERTY layout. With just 5 keys, it is super compact, comfortably sized for all fingers, and extremely fast. It takes up 70% less of the screen than current keyboards. Users type letters, a vast range of symbols and editing commands using sequences across the keys. With a few minutes practice per day, our users are comfortably reaching 30 wpm typing speeds in a week. The current user speed record is 109 words per minute. Most excitingly, the 5-TILES Keyboard is the first to fit on Smart Watches, providing the first feasible on-device input mechanism.
