Shout to Me is a cognitive ​audience ​engagement​ platform which allows ​listeners ​to interact ​​with their favorite station ​in ways not previously available. In partnership with IBM Watson, the messaging capability enables easy voice​, text​ ​and ​video ​communication between listening audiences and radio station staffs (talent, producers, promotion, sales, etc.). The S2M ​technology ​can easily be embedded into a​ station's​ existing ​call-in line or ​smartphone application or as a widget on the mobile website, and audiences can record comments and offer opinions --- and send them whenever they want and from wherever they are. Stations can even record messages in the studio and push out to the audience around issues like ​breaking news, traffic, feedback to on-air ​topics, voting on music and other poll related programming features.
